Overview of the functions in the menu
• Press the » MENU « button.
You may select with the up-down button »▲« or »▼«
the following functions:
– Delete Described in the ”Deleting dicta-
tions" chapter.
– Data list

Running search for a data record
with scanner, scrolling the data
list, starting the related dictation.
Deletion of the data list. Only pos-
sible if a data list was read in.
– Dictation data
*
Detailed display of the current
dictation´s data from the data list.
Only possible, if a data list was
read in.
– Barcode Reader
*
Scan and edit barcodes.
– RFID Reader
*
Read in and edit RFID.
– Dictation status
*
Identifies postponed or finished
dictations.
– Folder Selects a folder; für new dictations
and for playing dictations stored in
various folders.
– Typist (TP) Selects a typist for new dictations
– Dictation type (DT) Selects a form, such as a letter or
log.
– Group (GR) Selects a group or department.
– No./Ref. (NR) Allows you to enter the file refer-
ences or patient numbers for new
dictations.
– Priority (PR)

Selects the priority for new dicta-
tions.
