Typist
The » Typist « function is used to select the typist who will
receive your dictation. You may select from ten "typists".
•
Use the up or down button »▲« »▼« to select the
menu item » Typist «.
• Press the » OK « button.

Use the up or down button »▲« »▼« to select

– If » TP on « is chosen, a selection will be offered for
each new dictation.
– » TP off «, no entry from the typist for the dictation.
– » TP auto «, means that each new dictation will be
assigned to the same typist.
• Press the » OK « button.
Notes:
If you have a new dictation, or if you have selected the

TP auto « function, use the up

or down
»▼« but

Press the » OK « button.
You may create individual preallocations for the list
using the PC software.
