DELETING DICTATIONS

• Move the slide switch to »

PLAY«. At the start of the
part to be deleted, move the slide switch to » «
and press the » MARK1 « button.
• Move the slide switch to »

part to be deleted move the slide switch » « and
press the » MARK2 « button.
• Press the » DEL « button.
– » Delete [-]? « appears in the display.
• Press the » OK « button to confirm, or
press » ESC «, if the part of the dictation is not to be
deleted.
Deleting an info or an index

• Move the slide switch to »

REW« or press the

FFWD« button, until the info or index to be deleted
appears in the display.
Hinweis:
It is easier to find short messages or indexes in the
play-back mode.
• Move the slide switch to » «.
• Press the » MENU « button.
– The menu function » Delete « appears in the display.
• Press the » OK « button and then the » INFO « or » INDEX «
button (depending on whether there is a message or an
index at this point).

Delete i 02? « (for example) appears in the display.
• Confirm with the » OK « button, or press the » ESC « but-
ton, if the message is not to be deleted.
