Group
The » Group « function is used to assign your dictation to
a specific group or department.
•
Use the up »▲« or down »▼« button to select the
» Group « menu item.
• Press the » OK « button.
•
Use the up »▲« or down »▼« button to select
» GR on «, » GR off « or » GR auto «.
– If » GR on « is chosen, a group may be selected for
each new dictation.
– » GR aus «, no group selected;
– » GR auto «, means that each new dictation has the
same group.
• Press the » OK « button.
Notes:
If you have a new dictation, or if you have selected the
»
GR auto
« function, use the up or down button »▲«
»▼« to select your group from the list.
Press the » OK « button.
You may create preallocations for the list using the PC
software.
