Troubleshooting

2. Check all possible problems and causes before
disassembling.
3. Turn the power disconnect switch OFF.
Try the recommended solutions in the order given for
each problem, to avoid unnecessary repairs. Also,
determine that all circuit breakers, switches, and con

trols are properly set and wiring is correct before assum

ing there is a problem.

and reinstall read pump rebuild kit

Check the specific gravity and
re-enter in the setup screens
Check valve malfunction
Remove the check valve; clean or
replace as necessary
Piston worn or broken
Replace the piston
Proportioning System
Proportioning pump does not hold
pressure when stalled
Pump piston or intake valve leaking 1. Observe gauge to determine
which pump is losing pressure.
2. Determine in which direction the
pump has stalled by observing
which directional valve indicator
light is on.
3. Repair the valve.
