Max Output Pump cannot cycle fast enough to
achieve the desired flow rate Reduce flow rate
Increase pump sizes
L1TA Red Tank Sensor
Failure Bad level sensor(s) Replace level sensor(s)
L2TA Red Low Material Tank low on material Fill tanks with material
Loose/broken connection If the tanks appear to have plenty of
material, check to make sure the
level sensor(s) is connected to the
proper port and that the cord is not
damaged.
Bad level sensor(s) Replace level sensor(s)
L3TA Red High Material
Level Defective fill valve If the tanks appear to have plenty of
material, check to make sure the
level sensor is connected to the
proper port and that the cord is not
damaged
Replace fill valve is leaking
Bad level sensor Replace level sensor
L6TA Red Auto Refill
Timeout No material is actually being fed Make sure the feed pumps are
operating properly
Loose level sensor connection Check for loose or disconnected
wires or plugs
Bad level sensor Replace level sensor
L1TB Blue Tank Sensor
