Periodic Maintenance
Daily (once a shift or as required)
Water Trap Bowl
Check air circuit water trap valve and release any water, as necessary, through
the base outlet.
Material Reservoirs
Check material levels and refill as necessary.
Ensure that the material reservoirs are vented properly. (Dry Air, Nitrogen, etc.)
Air Dryer
Check the condition of the desiccant air dryer.
Pump Shafts
Clean both pump shafts with solvent and lubricate with Mesamoll.
Dispense Head
Dismantle, clean thoroughly, and reassemble. Lubricate all parts with a thin coat
of Mesamoll.
