Method of preparation:
Prepare tadka in a microwave oven safe glass bowl as explained in Insta4, with all the ingredients other than
tomato puree, sev, water. Remove, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the bowl in the
microwave oven, select Insta1, enter weight and press start. Remove and garnish with coriander leaves and
serve.

Method of preparation
Beat the yogurt, water & besan in a vessel so that no lumps are formed. Prepare tadka in a microwave oven
safe bowl as explained in Insta4 with all the ingredients other than yogurt, besan, water mixture. Remove, add
the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave oven, select Insta1, enter weight and
press start. Remove and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
