Danger of burning!
Heater is hot (approx. 220 °C)!
Danger of burning hands on the hot heater.

Do not touch the heater when on.
Insert the heater plate and touch the Heater symbol in the center of the
page. The carriage is starting to move automatically!
Danger of crushing hands!
Machine is under pressure!
Danger of injury in the moving machine slide!
8.3.1 Bead build up
The controller automatically closes the carriage and sets the pressure for
the equalization phase (P1).
The operator has to visually check the welding area until the indicated
bead size has been achieved externally, all around the circumference,
on both pipe ends, then he has to confirm it by pushing the button :
the controller automatically releases the pressure and gets the next
phase (heat soak) started.
Bead size confirmation is not permitted until t1 hasn’t reached 10
seconds.
If pressure P1 or heating element temperature T goes out of the tolerance
range, the message “ERROR OCCURRED!” is shown and the symbol *
appears close to relevant parameter. The relevant error code will be
displayed at the end of the fusion process (see chapter 8.3.5) and an
error message will be also printed in the welding report (see chapters
10.2.3/12)
