9.5.5 Job code
This menu permits to set the working mode for job code input during the
welding process.
There are three options selectable:
d. MANDATORY: it will be necessary to insert a job code
(maximum 16 alpha-numerical digits), to proceed with the
welding process
e. VOLUNTARY: job code input will be requested but it is not
necessary for proceeding with the welding process
f. NOT REQUIRED: no job code input required
The symbol * is displayed near to the selected option.
If MANDATORY or VOLUNTARY mode is selected, the operator will be
asked, at the beginning of the welding process, to insert the job code
by means of the barcode scanner (optional). That is, as long as the
operator doesn’t exit from the welding process, he can work without
further job code input!
Once the code has been scanned, the display moves automatically to
next step.
