7 Fault elimination
7.1
Mechanical faults
Testing door leaf
1. Detach driver from toothed belt lock.
2. Move door leaf and check for smooth movement.
3. If door leaves move smoothly:
Check the geared motor and replace it if necessary.
Danger of injury from falling hood!
Hood is held by an engaging mechanism and the Velcro strips of the hood mounting
bracket.

The hood may only be set in place and removed by two people working together.
➮
Carefully lower the hood via the hood stay cables when removing it.
➮
When setting the hood in place, always engage the hood and press the Velcro
strips.
Danger of electric shock!
➮
Disconnect the system from the 230 V mains network before working on the
electrical system.
Danger of injury due to impact and crushing!
➮
Secure the door leaves against accidental movement.
➮
Disconnect the battery.
Danger of injury by opened drive!
Hair, clothing, cables etc. can be pulled in by rotating parts!
➮
When working on open drive, be cautious of rotating parts.
