(0, 0): The monitor speaker is disabled all through
the communication.
(0, 1): The monitor speaker is on up to phase B in
the T.30 protocol.
(1, 0): Used for testing. The monitor speaker is on
all through the communication. Make sure that you
reset these bits after testing.
2 Monitor speaker during
memory transmission
0: Disabled 1: Enabled 1: The monitor speaker is enabled during memory
transmission.
