European Union Directive 2006/42/EC on the safety of machinery

The plant in question must not be put into service until the final unit in which to be
incorporated has been declared in conformity with all provisions of the
abovementioned Directive 2006/42/EC on the safety of machinery.
The almost-machine is also in line with European Union Directive:
- 2006/95/CE about electrical equipment for low voltage;
- 97/23/CE PED about pressure equipment,
With this, the manufacturer undertakes to transmit, in response to a reasoned request by the national authorities, all relevant information on
the almost -machine in question.
