Select whether to create a method for Column Packing, Packing Test, or the two
combined. Then make the selections in the table below.

Select “AxiChrom xxx/yyy” (xxx = column diameter, yyy = max
bed height for short and long column tube, 300 or 500 mm re-
spectively). The column size can be found on a label on the col-
umn tube near the bottom flange.

Column

Select the appropriate material. The only available option is Glass.

Column

Select the appropriate bed support type and material. The mate-
rial options are stainless steel and plastic. The porosity choice
(10 or 20 µm) is dependent on the bead size of the medium.
