Sidetone Level Display and Adjustment
This function is used to display and adjust the sidetone audio level. Turning the small knob
changes the value. Setting the value to 0 slaves the sidetone audio level to the volume control
knob. Setting to a non-zero value gives a fixed sidetone audio level.
SidLv 000
Full transceiver functions are operational during this function, including transmit.
Note:
The sidetone level is an 8-bit value with a range of 0 to 255.
Low Display Light Level Adjustment Limit
This function controls the lower brightness level in the automatic adjustment range. This is the
brightness used when in total darkness.
Lo Dsp Lvl 00
Note:
The light level is adjustable from 0 to 50.
High display light level adjustment limit
This function controls the lower brightness level in the automatic adjustment range. This is the
brightness used when in total darkness.
Hi Dsp Lvl 50
Note:
The light level is adjustable from 0 to 50.
The automatic dimming function can be disabled by setting the high display level to 0. Then the
low level adjustment will set the brightness of the display directly with no automatic adjustment
made based on ambient light.
