iConn

is a remote connectivity systems which enables the unit to be connected over the cellular network.

The

iConn

diagnostics page shows the operating status and information about the

iConn

module. If the

iConn

is connected to the controller but you are having issues with operation, refer to this screen first for

diagnostics information. For example, a poor cellular signal can lead to connection loss with the

iConn

server.

Example Figure 214 shows an

iConn

connected to a machine but the cellular status is not connected.

The

Communication

diagnostics screen displays the status of the

channels. As

shown in Figure 215 below, each RS485 network shows a

Mode, Rx Count, Tx Bytes,

indicators. Here the user can see if the communication ports are sending and receiving data,

represented by the count columns. Note that it is not possible to monitor
