Real Time Clock Control Register Lower (RTCCRL)
The Real Time Control Register (Lower) is used to determine the frequency of TPCLK
and enable/disable TPCLK, latch counters’ s values. and allow continuous counting
even the CPU proceeds to stand-by-mode.
