In 1/4 duty mode, all of COM0, COM1, COM2, and COM3 are used for display.

Those liquid crystal elements are turned "ON" for display which has the maximum potential
difference between the common and segment outputs.

Figure 24.6-4 shows the output waveform when the contents of display RAM are those shown in
Table 24.6-3.
