ferring or editing Heater Mode

Tube-heating conditions stored in heater mode can be edited or changed.

(1) Move cursor and select a mode to be edited in [Select Heater Mode] menu. Press

Menu key to display [Edit Heater Mode] menu.

(2) Press Up/Down Arrow keys to move cursor to a parameter to be changed, then press

Enter key to enter.

(3) Change value by pressing Up/Down key, then press Enter key to enter.
