Alwa ys use a 9.5 "x14.5" cutting boa rd ove r the VAT whe neve r
remo ving the bu ild platform to pre vent spills when remo ving the
build p latform.

Alwa ys remove the build p latform before remo ving the VAT to
pre vent d rips from falling into the inte rnal parts of the machine.
Return Po licy
Products pu rcha se d dire ctly from FSL 3D:
W ithin the first 30 days, you ma y retu rn the machine sub ject to a 20 %
restocking fee + sh ipping fees if the 3D Printe r is opened due to the need
to repla ce consuma ble items. If it is returned ne w, unop ened or orde r
cancelled, only a 5 % resto cking fee + shipping fees (if any) is app lied.
Consumable items (build plate, VAT, resin) may not be re turned if opened.
If unopened, they a re sub ject to a 5 % rest sh ipping fees.

Shipping Expen ses
W ithin the first 30 days, FSL3 D will re place or repa ir an y defective
parts free of charg e and pay for g rou nd shipping of parts if you paid
FSL3D for sh ipping on you r o rder. Overnight shipp ing is ava ilab le at
extra cha rge. If yo u picked up in person or used you r o wn shipping
methods, FSL considers the parts to b e sold FOB our wa rehouse and you
must arrange your o wn shipp ing o r pickup repla cement parts as FSL does
did not make the origina l shipp ing a rra ngements.
Outside the first 30 days, Fu ll Spectru m Laser will replace or repa ir an y
defective within the warranty pe riod free of charge but all shipping
