and optionally tape it in place. Inse rt the resin vat into th e printe r and
close the p rinter's lid.
Ne xt you will need to steer the lase r to each of the 25 calib ration
points in the prope r order. Tu rn on the laser b y p ressing the "Lase r On "
button in the top right. The laser should glo w brightly on the inse rted
sheet of paper. Pre ssing "Lase r Hold " will d ramatica lly re duce the
brightness of the la ser and ma y he lp you to more accu rately position the
laser on th e ca lib ra tion points.
To steer the la ser, use the 9 direction al buttons in the ce nter -righ t
of the calibration screen. In o rder to tra ve rse the lase r a cross the build
area, it will be necessary to utilize th e three la ser step sizes a vailable in
the bottom right of the calibration scre en. Steer the lase r to the center of
each of the printed dots and press the "Add Poin t" button. Once the 25
points ha ve been a dded, press the "Accept" button to co mpute and store a
new calib ration tab le. This will o ve rwrite the pre vious ca libration tab le.
Press the "Close " b utton when finished or to can cel calibration.
