Internationa l Stand ard IEC 60825 -1.
Pegasus Touch co mplies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11, the Federa l
Performance Standards for Light -Emitting Products, e xce pt for deviation s
pursuant to Lase r Notice No. 50, da ted June 24, 2007 . The Center for
De vices and Radio logical Health of the US FDA issued La ser Notice No.
50 to permit manufacture rs to classif y and manufacture their p roducts in
accordance with th e Internationa l Sta ndard.
21 CFR 1040 and IEC 60825 -1 require that certification, identification and
warn ing labe ls be p laced on la ser p rod ucts. Reproduction s of the labels
