Transportation

To transport the p rinter, plea se follo w the instructions be lo w.

Clean e xcess resin from the build platform with isoprop yl alcohol
and paper to we ls.

W rap the build platform in plastic wra p and reattach to the printe r.

Clean the resin tray a s in stru cted in next part, wrap the tra y and put
it back in the p rinte r. Use a zip tie to secure the vat hold er to the
magnet switch bra cket to pre vent it from moving du ring transport. If
you do not secu re the vat holde r, the vat may be damage d.

Lowe r the bu ild p la tfor m by manually turning the Z lead scre w all the
wa y do wn until it presses again st the vat.

Position the prote ctors o r sco ring ca rdboard o ver the front edges,
and bind in p lace u sing pla stic wrap.

Re-bo x the printer and accesso rie s in the orig inal pa ckag e a s the y
were when you received them.
Resin Care
Handling

Please wea r p rotective g lo ves when h andling resin . If yo u get any
on you r skin, wash thoroughly with soa p and water immediately. The
resin can cau se mild skin irritation .

Ne ver ingest resin or us e p rinted pa rts to handle food.

Ne ver pour resin b ack into the origina l bottle to a void co ntamination.
Keep unused resin in the vat o r pou r it out into a se condary da rk
bottle and sto re in a dark cab inet.

Cured resin is safe to touch and handle without g lo ves or other
protection.

Refer to Appendix D for chemica l information.
Refilling
● Pause the print.
● Pour resin directly into the tray. Do not exceed the maximum fill line
as it will spill and d amage the pr inte r while printing.
