This window displays the current status of each NV, one at a time. It is an ASCII string using "SNVT_str_asc" as an
NVO. Items listed with [x] = NV number.
NVI[x] SETUP REQUIRED.
This is an NVI without a Frontier Tx ID. The indicated NVI will not be operational but will not affect any other NVIs.This
is a common status if some Frontier NVs are not used (not set up).
NVO[x] SETUP REQUIRED.
This is an NVO without a Frontier Tx ID. The indicated NVO will not be operational but will not affect any other NVOs.
This is a common status if some Frontier NVs are not used (not set up).
NVI[x] FAULT: CHECK SETUP.
An NVI setup problem (ID, point number, type, etc.) exists. The Frontier found something wrong in the setup for this
NV. Re-enter the setup values.
NVO[x] FAULT: CHECK SETUP.
An NVI setup problem (ID, point number, type, etc.) exists. The Frontier found something wrong in the setup for this
NV. Re-enter the setup values.
NVI[x] FAULT: SNVT TYPE!
A bad or unsupported NVI SNVT type has been found. This is an uncommon fault. It will occur only if another network
tool is used to set up the Frontier and an SNVT type is selected that the Frontier cannot support.
NVO[x] FAULT: SNVT TYPE!
A bad or unsupported NVO SNVT type has been found. This is an uncommon fault. It will occur only if another LON
tool is used to set up the Frontier and an SNVT type is selected that the Frontier cannot support.
FAULT: FRONTIER RESET FAILED
The Frontier did not reset correctly. Try another reset. If the Frontier still will not reset correctly, then a hardware fault
exists.
NO FRONTIER NVI FAULTS.
There are no known faults for the NVIs or Frontier Gateway.
NO FRONTIER NVO FAULTS.
There are no known faults for the NVOs or Frontier Gateway.
The lost signal and low battery are NVO "SNVT_Switch" formatted as 0.0 0. The first byte (0.0) will indicate
the NV number starting at 0, and the second byte will be the condition of the fault (1 = active).
Lost Signal:
This is a fault that indicates a loss of signal from a Frontier transmitter. If the transmitter does not send
an update to the Gateway within the time interval value, this fault will be set and the related NV number will be indi-
cated.
Low Battery:
This is a fault that indicates a low battery from a Frontier transmitter. If the transmitter is battery oper-
ated (RTR, RTU, etc.) and the battery falls below 2.2 volts (under load), the transmitter will send a low battery condi-
tion each time it transmits. The related NV number will be indicated. If the battery falls below operating power it will
no longer transmit. A loss-of-signal fault will then be active.
Low SNR:
Not used at this time.
