Setting the language and units of measurement

General

In machine pre-sets, the following user languages are currently available for setting in the
"Language and units" screen:

In addition, the user can choose between metric (mm, kg, m/min, l, etc.) and imperial units
(in, lb, ipm, gal, etc.)
