Installation Checklist

The PS-500 has to be installed as shown in the OMM.

Recommended Checks for general equipment

OK

There are no foreign objects in the working area of the PS-500.

OK

Lifting equipment has been removed.

OK

All assemblies, parts, areas and surfaces, which have to be lubricated, are lubricated.

OK

All PS-500 hydraulic lines are aligned correctly.

OK

The right size Insert Carriers are in use.

OK

The right size Guide Plates are in use.

OK

There are no loose fittings, hoses, valves and screws.

OK

All warning signs are present and readable.

OK

PS-500 door has been closed. The Hinge Pin has been secured.

OK

All Insert Carriers have been installed properly. Check for the correct seat.

OK

No visual damages recognizable.

OK

The correct Rotary Table Adapters are in use.

OK

The PS-500 is mounted properly to the Rotary Table.

OK

All transport tools have been removed.

Recommended Checks for additional equipment
