Hydraulic Adjustments

Valve

- Sequence Valve

Adjusts sequence of PS-500 and HCGS
(Guide Plate Extension).

Enhance pressure - Guide Plates extend later.

Reduce pressure - Guide Plates extend earlier.

Valve

- Load-Holding Valve

Prevents setting of the Slip Assembly when pressure drops

Enhance pressure (load to be hold).

Reduce pressure (load to be hold).

Valve

- Ball Valve

Turns off and on the HCGS. Use the Socket Wrench (P/N
77812) which is part of the Toolkit (P/N 775820). To
adjust the Ball Valve, raise the HCGS and guide the Socket
Wrench through the bore, which is located on top of the
Cover.

Blocked volumetric flow.

Released volumetric flow.

Valve

- Throttle - Sequence

Adjusts sequence of PS-500 and HCGS
(Guide Plate Retraction).

Enhance pressure - Guide Plates retract later.

Reduce pressure - Guide Plates retract earlier.
