The model Alien 6.5 is also equipped with a special

wrench from 27 for the disassembly of tracks in

case of need.

Both manuals described above are to be considered

part of the machine and should be consulted prior to

any work or use of the unit (even before unpacking).

1.4 PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL

This manual has been prepared by the machine manu-

facturer and is an integral part of the machine andmust

always accompany it in every movement or resale.

The manual defines the purpose for which the machine

was manufactured. It establishes the correct applica

tion and limitations of use and must be kept in a safe

place, known by staff.

It is the responsibility of the same personnel to keep it

and keep it intact to allow the consultation, throughout

the life of the machine.

If it is damaged or lost, you must immediately

request a copy from the Manufacturer.

1.4.1 PEOPLE WHO ADDRESSED THE MANUAL

This manual is the basic tool for staff. It deals with

the machine in the various tasks, such as:

- Workers responsible for the transport and handling

of the machine;

- Workers responsible for the various processes;

- Workers responsible for the maintenance;

- Workers responsible for the final demolition.

Before proceeding with the various operations, the

workers listed above must be carefully read and

memorized the manual.

1.5 DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

The «Minitrasporter ALIEN» is a «CE»-marked

machine in accordance with the requirements of

safety and health protection set forth in the Direc-

tives 2006/42/EC, 2004/108/EC and 2000/14/EC, as

described in the declaration of conformity accompay-

ing each machine.

Each machine model is also subjected to the assess-

ment of the sound power level emitted by a Notified

Body.

1.5.1 USE OF THE MACHINE

The « Minitrasporter ALIEN HY 5.0-6.5» described

in this manual is a machine specially designed, pri

marily, for the transport and more in the agriculture,

gardening, building fields in general, in work areas

demarcated in accordance with the safety and health

rules of the Country of use of the unit.

Equipped with rubber tracks and hydraulically oper-

ated, it is a low speed machine able to work only with

an Operator on foot and with controls driven by a man.

All the controls are located on the top panel and allow

the entire operation of the machine.

Only one authorized Operator with the necessary skills

can drive the machine manually with both hands grip-

ping the pipe supporting hands (3 Fig. 1).

On request, the machine can be equipped with a

platform holding the Operator (2 Fig. 1). In this case,

when the platform is lowered, the Operator can climb

on it to be transported and maneuver the machine.

The machine can be supplied in various configurations

and can be equipped with:

- Tipping bucket

(22 Fig. 1).

- Tipping bucket

with self-loading shovel (23, Fig. 1).

- Concrete mixer.

- Platform with sides that open.

- Platform for the Operator.

- Front scraper.

- Box for wood.

- Shredder motorized.

- Snowplow motorized.

- Excavator.

- Lift the hives.

- Concrete mixer with self-loading shovel.

- Hoist.

- Front lifting device.

- Tooth saw blade for the self-loading shovel.

- Front side for increased Dumper load capacity.

DANGER

The User will have to worry that the Operator is

suitavle and able to read and understand the instruc-

tions in this manual. The Operator must also use the

machine taking into account the current regulations

regarding accident prevention, terms of use and

characteristics of the machine itself.
