If it is damaged or lost, you must immediately
request a copy from the Manufacturer.
1.2 WARRANTY
The Manufacturer warrants its new products for a pe-
riod of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
The engine is guaranteed based on the terms and
conditions established by its Manufacturer.
Upon receipt, make sure that the machine is intact
and complete.
All claims must be made in writing within eight (8)
days from the receipt of the machine.
The warranty includes only the free repair or replace-
ment of those parts, which after careful inspection
by the Technical Department of the Manufacturer,
are faulty (excluding electrical parts and working
equipment).
Any returns must be agreed in advance with the
Manufacturer, and shipped FOB to the factory.
The replacement or repair of parts under warranty will
not extend in any event the terms thereof.
The Buyer must cover the shipping charges, lubri
-
cants, VAT and any customs duties.
The Buyer will be able to assert its rights on the war
-
ranty only if it has complied with any other conditions
relating to the provision of the guarantee, which also
appear in the supply contract.
Where it appears that the parties do not intend to
submit to arbitration any disputes arising out of the
supply contract or in any other case where a Court
is required to act, the territorial jurisdiction belongs
only to the Court of Vicenza.
1.2.1 WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty is void (beyond what is included in the
supply contract):
- If there were to be an operation error and/or impact
due to the Operator;
- If the maximum allowed limit is exceeded;
- If the damage is due to insufficient maintenance;
- If accessories or applications that are not supplied
or tested by the Manufacturer are installed on the
machine;
- If, as a result of repairs performed by the User
without the consent of the Manufacturer or due to
installation of spare parts that are not original, the
machine should be changed and the damage would
be due to these changes;
- If you do not comply with the instructions contained
in this manual;
- If you experience any unexpected events.
There remain also excluded from the warranty those
damage caused by neglect use, abuse, misuse and
improper use of the machine.
ATTENTION
The removal and/or tampering with the safety
devices, installed on the machine, will void the
warranty and the liability of the Manufacturer.
1.3 IDENTIFICATION OF THE MACHINE
ENGINE.
For the identification of the engine, it is
necessary to refer to the instruction manual of the
specific engine (attached to the machine), comparing
the data on the rating plate by the Manufacturer of
the engine itself.
MACHINE. Each machine is equipped with an identi-
fication plate (1 Fig. 1), showing:
- Name and address of the Manufacturer;
- «CE» marking;
- A) Model of the machine;
- B)
Year of manufacture;
- C) Empty mass in Kg;
- D) Mass at full load in Kg.
The data that identify the machine must always be
mentioned for any spare parts and/or assistance
requirement. There is also a label that identifies the
serial number of the machine (2 Fig. 1), which must
also to be mentioned at the time of the request for
spare parts and/or assistance.
The machine in its basic version is equipped with:
- Instruction manual for use and maintenance of the
machine;
- Instruction manual for use and maintenance of the
engine;
- «EC» declaration of conformity;
Case containing:
- Hexagon spanner of 10-13,
- Hexagon spanner of 13-17,
