13. Product Dispensing Block Removal
To Replace the Product Dispensing Block:
1. Drain the flavor tanks.
2. Put an indicator mark on the front of the block in the dispenser (as a reference
point)
3. Remove hoses from their barbs, noting their positions.
4. Remove the block and replace it with a new block.
5. Transfer the flavor dispensing tubes from the old block to the new block.

Use the same order of tubes to populate the new block, to maintain
alignment with flavor buttons.
•
You may want to mark, identify or record the tube locations to assist in
replacing in the proper order.
6. Reassemble.
7. Fill and Prime the tanks. See pages 8, 9.
