Setting Serving Size Timing
The FB 80INT keypad has a program
functioned into the electronics that signals the
operator to cease drawing product at a preset
time for each serving size (small, medium, and
large). This helps the operator draw consistent
sizes. Also, the unit is programmed to
automatically cease the flow of syrup seconds
before the signal is given, reducing carryover of
product from serving to serving. The operator
simply determines the length of time it takes to
draw a desired size of cone and then programs
it into the keypad. The FB 80INT can be
programmed to set small, medium and large
sizes.
Ensure that the freezer is set to the desired
product flow rate according to the freezer
manufacturer’s instructions.
1. To adjust the small serving, press the “-”
key. To adjust the large serving, press the
“+” key. Two lights illuminate beside the size
that is selected. The medium serving is the
default serving size; if the size is not
illuminated, press CANCEL ENTRY to
return to the default medium setting. (See

2. Press and hold the TIMER key for three
seconds until the SERVING TIME

3. The number of illuminated bars in the graph
represent the length of time the serving is
dispensed. Use the following chart to
determine the bar graph setting needed for
the desired serving size time. (See
Figure 215.)
