Heated Mirrors — If Equipped
These mirrors are heated to melt
frost or ice. This feature will be
activated whenever you push the
Rear Window Defrost button. Refer to
“Climate Control System” in this chapter for
further information.
EXTERIOR LIGHTS
Headlights
The exterior light controls are located on the
multifunction lever on the left side of the
steering wheel. Rotate the headlight switch
to activate/deactivate the headlights, other
exterior lights and instrument panel illumi
-
nation.
When the lights are turned on, the
indi
-
cator in the instrument cluster will illumi
-
nate.

NOTE:
To prevent the battery from depleting, do not
leave the lights on while the engine is off.
Headlight Operation
(*) If the driver's door is opened, or 30 seconds have elapsed with the lights turned on, the lights turn off.
