9 - CONTROLLI PRIMA DELL'AVVIAMENTO
Prima di avviare l'unità verificare quanto segue:
• Ancoraggio dell'unità al soffitto o alla parete.
• Collegamento dei canali aeraulici.
• Connessione e continuità del cavo di terra.
• Serraggio di tutti i morsetti elettrici.
10 - MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
10.1 Avvertenze
• E' dovere del committente eseguire sul recuperatore tutte le operazio-
ni di manutenzione.
• Solo personale addetto, precedentemente addestrato e qualificato
può eseguire le operazioni di manutenzioni.
• Se l'unità deve essere smontata, proteggere le mani con dei guanti da lavor

Check the following before starting the unit:
• Anchorage of the unit to the ceiling or the wall.
• Connection of the aeraulic ducts.
• Connection and continuity of the earth cable.
• Tightness of all electric clamps
10 - ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
10.1 Warnings
• The customer must carry out maintenance on the heat recovery unit.
• Only authorised, previously trained and qualified staff can perform the
maintenance operations.
• If the unit must be disassembled, protect the hands using work gloves

ACCERTARSI CHE LA MACCHINA NON SIA E NON POSSA CASUAL-
MENTE O ACCIDENTALMENTE ESSERE ALIMENTATA ELETTRICA-
MENTE. E' QUINDI NECESSARIO TOGLIERE L'ALIMENTAZIONE ELET-
TRICA AD OGNI MANUTENZIONE.
BEFORE UNDERTAKING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, MAKE
SURE THAT THE MACHINE IS NOT AND CANNOT BE CASUALLY OR
ACCIDENTALLY BE POWERED ELECTRICALLY. IT IS THEREFORE
NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY EVERY
TIME MAINTENANCE IS PERFORMED.
ATTENZIONE: l’estrazione del cassetto recuperatore deve
essere effettuata servendosi di solide basi di appoggio. Il
peso e l’ingombro del cassetto obbligano il manutentore ad
operare in adeguate condizioni di sicurezza.
WARNING: the extraction of the drawer of the thermal wheel
must be made using solid basisas support. The weight and
the dimensions of the drawer oblige the maintenance man
to work in suited safety conditions.
Per l’accesso ai filtri è possibile agire in due
modi:
• aprire entrambi i pannelli laterali (togliendo
le viti come evidenziato in figura)
oppure
• aprire il solo pannello situato sul lato della sca-
tola elettrica, scollegare l’alimentazione del
motore del recuperatore rotativo, agendo sullo
spinotto posto al di sopra del recuperatore,
estrarre completamento il cassetto del recupe-
ratore(servendosi delle apposite maniglie).
Estrarre i filtri come esemplificato in figura (il fil-
tro lato immissione si trova sulla parte superiore
del rotore). Una volta eseguita la pulizia ripetere
le operazioni in ordine inverso. Per la pulizia uti-
lizzare un aspirapolvere o lavare con detergente
comune in acqua tiepida, lasciando asciugare in
modo accurato. Ricordarsi sempre di rimontare i
filtri prima dell'avviamento dell'unità.
It’s possible to access to filters in two different
ways:
• open both the side panels (removing the
screws as shown on the figure)
or
• open only the panel on the side of the elec-
tric box, disconnect the power supply of the
motor of the thermal wheel motor, removing
the plug on top of it; then, pull out the ther-
mal wheel casing using the special handles.
Pull out the filters as shown in the figure (the
filter on the intake side is on the superior part
of the rotor). After cleaning, repeat the opera-
tions in inverse order. For the cleaning use a
vacuum cleaner or wash with a common deter-
gent in lukewarm water, leaving to dry out
completely. remember always to reassemble
the filters before starting up the unit.

Scollegare l’alimentazione del motore del
recuperatore rotativo, agendo sullo spinotto
posto al di sopra del recuperatore in prossi-
mità del motore.
Disconnect the power supply of the motor of
the thermal wheel motor, removing the plug
on top of it.
Estrarre il cassetto del recuperatore e verifi-
care che lo scambiatore rotativo sia libero da
ogni tipo di impurità che potrebbero abbas-
sare sensibilmente la sua efficienza.
Pull out the thermal wheel casing and check
the heat exchange surface is fully clean.
Una volta eseguita la pulizia con aria compressa ripetere le opera-
zioni in ordine inverso.
Ricordarsi sempre di rimontare i filtri prima dell'avviamento del-
l'unità.
After cleaning with compressed air repeat the operations in inverse
order.
Remember always to reassemble the filter before starting up the
unit.
