CHECK PROCEDURE
Check the e-bike’s packaging together with the carrier and, if necessary, complain directly.
Mount the remote.
Fully charge ENERGY.
Check the engagement function of the ENERGY 430 (RIDE 60) / DRIVEPACK (RIDE 50).
Check the cables for freedom of movement, especially between the DRIVE UNIT/ BOTTOM
BRACKET and the frame.
Check the speed sensor setting and the distance to the magnet (between 4-15 mm).
Check the torque of the cranks (45-55 Nm, manufacturer specific). If the screws need to be
retightened, please check the user torque using FAZUA Toolbox and, if necessary, perform a
torque sensor calibration.
Perform a general function check of the e-bike and switch through all support levels.
Check the function of the pushing aid (RIDE 50 only for remote b).
4. FAZUA
error analysis
Often, a suspected defect is just a contamination or a connection failure, which can be resolved quickly and
easily. We therefore recommend a fault analysis of our drive system, which deals with different fault patterns
step by step and will help you get the drive system functional again as quickly as possible.
The fault analysis is divided into
three steps
, which are dealt with one after the other. A detailed explanation
