Should you have problems with several modules at the same time, you will receive a complete order confirmation,
which summarizes all ticket numbers. Several modules can therefore be packed together in one order
confirmation.
In order to make our service as efficient as possible, we kindly ask you to enclose the
corresponding order confirmation with every return.
Please do not send any components to FAZUA without first contacting the FAZUA Service team.
This delays the process and leads to higher costs for you as a dealer.
Batteries are packed in separate hazardous-goods boxes.
3.2.3 PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
When packaging and subsequently shipping our components, please observe the following instructions. If
you need to ship a battery, please also refer to Chapter "5. Dangerous goods" on page 34 for the necessary
requirements and precautions.
The surface of the goods must be protected with film or paper.
The goods must not be able to shift inside the box. Accordingly, the box must be sufficiently
small or the goods must be cushioned with filling/padding material.
The box must be sufficiently thick (e.g. 2-layer corrugated cardboard).
The box must be securely sealed.
Batteries must only be shipped by trained personnel and in FAZUA’s original box!
3.3 Services for end customers
To reduce your workload as a dealer in our service process, we offer our end customers the chance to process
certain services directly with us. In this case, the focus is the service area on the FAZUA website. There we
offer the end user two types of service processing:
