• Transport service: Dachser (except for components classed as dangerous goods, e.g. batte-
ries!) / UPS (for all other components)
• The pickup date and tracking number can be obtained from your local FAZUA Service employee.
• The parcel label will be given to you on the pickup day by the logistics service provider
Internal warranty check at FAZUA
• You will receive a quote if your warranty check is negative.
Free diagnosis, repair, and shipping of the component
• As a FAZUA Certified Partner, we guarantee you a processing time of 48 hours from receipt of
goods.
Dealer reimbursement
• To obtain the refund form for a service case, download it from the B2B portal.
