After making contact, we differentiate between two service handling levels: A warranty claim
or a chargeable return. In the following pictures you can see the individual steps of the final
service handling:

Please ensure the components are properly packaged (see packing instructions)! Exercise particular
caution when sending batteries.
Print out the order confirmation and enclose in the package
Enclose a copy of the purchase receipt
