10 Tap 8 bit mode 

This mode (Basler A501k mode) uses all of the RX/TX bits of the camera link interface so it needs to be 
described in terms of the actual RX/TX bits verses the Camera Link Specification which uses virtual Ports 
A-J. The port bits in the following table refer to the 10 8bit pixels A-K.
