Safety Precautions
Warning:
Failure to follow instructions may lead to potential injury or cause equipment
malfunction. Use caution and follow instructions carefully.
The Eveready ® Energy Vault system is a heavy object. Installers must use
appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and lift equipment
during installation.
During normal operation, always keep the Eveready ® Energy Vault system in
an upright position. Do not impact, pull, drag, step, or apply strong force on
the system.
Do not use solvents and/or cleaning fluids to clean the
Eveready
®
Energy Vault
system or expose it to harsh chemicals or vapours.
Do not expose the Eveready ® Energy Vault system to temperatures in excess
of 50°C.
If an Eveready ® Energy Vault system unit needs to be replaced or removed,
it must be turned off as per the recommended shutdown procedure prior
to removal.
Do not place any equipment containing flammable gases or liquids within the
vicinity of the Eveready ® Energy Vault
system.
If moisture penetrates the system (e.g. due to casing damage), please do not
operate system and contact your system provider for further action.
If you come into contact with the electrolyte, please wash affected area with water
immediately, and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
Ensure that all relevant local and federal regulations are observed, and electricians
must be responsible for adhering to such regulations.
