Homepage
The homepage consists of the System Overview , displaying the real-time power
usage of the site. The infographic displays power consumption in Watts (W). It also
captures solar generation, feed-in/export, import from grid, battery State of Charge
(SoC %) and local consumption (site loads). Users can scroll across the page to
access daily, monthly, yearly, and total energy usage.
Definitions:
• Self-consumption: is the component of solar generation that is used locally on-site.
• Self-consumption rate: is the percentage of solar generation that is used
locally on-site.
• PV: is the total amount of solar electricity generated.
•
Load:
is the total amount of energy consumed locally on-site.
• Export: is total amount of solar electricity exported to the grid.
• Import: is total amount of electricity imported from the grid.
• Environmental protection data: includes CO
2
offset or carbon dioxide emission
reductions and its equivalence to the number of trees planted.
