Click User at the bottom of the home page to view relevant information about your
user profile. Key features include:
• Local Connection: allows you to reconnect your Eveready ® Energy Vault AS1
system to the internet, in the event that a system disconnection has occurred.
This is covered in further detail in relevant sections below.
• Warnings: allows you to setup notifications for any system related alarms to
be sent to your registered email. You can select from Urgent, Important and
Normal , to receive respective alarms.
•
Feedback:
allows you to send relevant feedback in relation to your system
directly to the system provider.
• Shared List: allows other Eveready ® Energy Vault AS1 users to share their plant
information with you.
• Press to enter the Settings menu, and update relevant fields, including your
Nickname , Password and/or Email .
• Press to exit your User Account .
Internet Connection
The Eveready ® Energy Vault AS1 system requires a reliable internet connection
for the purpose of monitoring and enables over-the-air updates to be conducted
to improve system performance and longevity. Extended interruptions or inability
to monitor the products may reduce or impact the product warranty. In addition
to monitoring your system, the Eveready ® Energy Vault App enables you to
reconnect to the internet. If your system has disconnected, ensure that you are
within the vicinity of the Eveready ® Energy Vault AS1 system and set up the
wireless network as shown below. If you have a 4G connection, the AS1 should
automatically reconnect to your cellular network. If this does not happen, then
contact your system provider for further assistance. If you have a Wi-Fi connection,
follow the steps below:
1. Use your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) to access the Eveready ® Energy
Vault App.
2. Log in to your account using your Username and Password .
3. On the homepage, Select User > Local Connection then select Wi-Fi .
4. The App shall then provide a series of prompts to connect your mobile phone
Wi-Fi to the Eveready ® Energy Vault AS1 Wi-Fi network.
5. Once reconnected, your plant information shall be accessible on the
Eveready
®
Energy Vault
App.
