• The default cooking time is 6 hours, the maximum cooking time is 20 hours.
• The slow cooking temperature is 88 °C ~ 98 °C.
•
You can also manually set the „Slow Cook“ time, in 30-minute increments, by pressing the
„+“ or „-“ button.

Open the pressure cooker and lift the top lid straight up so that the residual liquid drips into
the pot.
•
When cooking is complete, disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet and then
from the pressure cooker.
•
Allow the pressure cooker to cool completely before cleaning.
ATTENTION
–
Steam and hot liquid may cause burns.
–
During the cooking process and while maintaining temperature, steam is released from
the limit valve, which makes a characteristic „hissing“ sound. This event is completely
normal and it is not a reason for complaint.
– I
f while cooking you need to remove the lid for any reason (e.g. to add ingredients/to
season / to mix the food) it is always necessary to first reduce the pressure inside the
pressure cooker (i.e.
to release steam
) and only then remove the lid. For mixing use
the spoon. In this way the spoon will always remain hygienically clean.
–
During operation it is possible to view the progress of the programme on the display.
As the programme progresses the digits of the set time gradually decrease.
–
Never leave finished meals in the pressure cooker with the
Udržování teploty (Keep
warm)
function turned on for longer than necessary. The meal could start to spoil.
Do not use keep warm function for warming of the food.
–
A selected programme can be ended at any time by pressing the
Cancel
button.

Delay
Use this program the pressure cooker to delay cooking by up to 24-hours. We do
not recommend using this feature for fast perishable foods such as meat or fish, if
left untreated for several hours at room temperature. Cooked rice may change the texture
to a soft one due to longer soaking time, or you can burn it more easily. Also oatmeal, foamy
and sticky food are not suitable for this function because they can clog the blue safety
floating valve.
•
Put the food in the inner pot.
•
Close the top lid by turning it clockwise.
•
Make sure that the valve lever is in the „
Airtight
“ position.
•
Plug the power cord into a 230 V socket.
•
„0000“ appears on the LED display.
•
Press the „Delay“ button. The LED display shows „0:30“, which equals 30 minutes of delay
Pressing the „Delay“ button again, prolongs the start of cooking for another 30 minutes.
The maximum delay time is 24 hours.
•
After selecting the delay time, select the program to be started.
•
The LED on the front panel then lights up at the „Delay“ button and another diode
illuminates at the selected program.
•
The remaining time remaining in the program will be counted on the display.
•
„Delay“ can not be used with the „Sauté“ program.
