3.2.20. Removing the Cooling Fan / Optical Head Unit / Light Guide
Unit/Exhaust fan

Caution:

This paragraph is limited for references.

Do not disassemble expect fans.

(You can remove the cooling fan and exhaust fan for cleaning purpose.)

Prerequisite condition: 3.2.3/3.2.7/3.2.8/3.2.14

(1) Cooling fan
1. Remove two cooling fan fixing screws and remove the cooling fan.

Screw: +M4*20 F/ZN S2W1: P/N1033711 (mounting torque: 6.0kg.cm = 5.2lb.inch)

Caution:

When installing the cooling fan, place it so that the label side faces down (on the
aluminum die-cast side) and that its cable is oriented as shown in the photo. Clean the
cooling fan until it is free of dust and dirt.
