Using the Printer Software with Windows

Printing with an overlay

Follow the steps below to print a document with overlay data.

1. Open the file to print with overlay data.

2. From the application, access the printer driver. Open the File

menu, choose

Print Setup

, then click

Printer

Setup

Options

Properties

, or a combination of these buttons,

depending on your application.

3. Click the

Advanced Layout

tab.

4. Select the

Form Overlay

check box, and click

Overlay

Settings

to open the Overlay Settings dialog box.

5. Choose the form from the Form drop-down list, then click

to return the Advanced Layout menu.
