3.3.2.1.2 Status messages

Status messages appear in order of their priority. A single message is displayed.

The message

“WARM UP”

flashes at the top right while the analyzer is waiting for the optical bench

temperature adjustment to be reached.

The temperature of the optical bench may be visualized in the

“Measurement/Synoptic”

menu.

The message

“STAND-BY”

flashes at the top right when the analyzer is in stand-by mode due to an

external command or through the

“Tests / Stand-by”

menu.

The

“ALARM”

message flashes at the top right when a major fault is detected. The user can then

consult the type of alarm by selecting the

“Measurement / Alarms Display”

menu.

The

“CONTROL”

message flashes at the top right when an abnormal drift of a signal is detected. A

maintenance operation should be planned rapidly whenever an alarm is activated. The user can then
consult the type of control to be made by selecting the

“Measurement / Alarms Display”

menu.

The

«TM1 xxxx sec»

counter appears at the top right when a zero reference is started. It indicates

the count of the first dead time of the Zero Reference cycle.

The

«REF xxxx sec»

counter appears at the top right during a zero reference. It indicates the count

of the Zero Reference cycle.

The

«TM2 xxxx sec»

counter appears at the top right at the end of a zero reference. It indicates the

count of the second dead time of the Zero Reference cycle.

The

«Zero xxxx sec»

counter appears at the top right while an automatic zero cycle is running.

The

«Etal xxxx sec»

counter appears at the top right while an automatic span check cycle is running.

The message

MAINTENANCE

appears at the top right when the analyzer is set in Maintenance

mode due to an external command (TIG option). In this case, the keyboard commands are taken into
account and remote commands via the TIG board are ignored.

NOTE :

The Zero Reference, Zero and Span cycles are configured in the

”Span / Cycles”

menu.
