DISPLAY CAUSE POSSIBLE ACTIONS
Optical temperature
– Heating of the Optical Bench is faulty. – Compare the temperature value
(“Measurement / Synoptic” menu)
with the one shown on the control
document or in the “Software /
Analyzer Configuration” menu.
– Temperature < 45°C (SEC probe)
Temperature < 97°C (dilution
module).
– Check the heating element.
– Check the mains voltage of the
heating element on J3 of the
motherboard (230 or 100 V
∼
); if it is
lower, check the static relay RL3.
– If the room temperature is too low, it
will not be possible for the analyzer to
reach its given temperature.
– Temperature > 45°C (SEC probe)
Temperature > 97°C (dilution
module).
– Check whether the red LED on the
motherboard is flashing. If not:

The LED is on permanently

In
the event of heating overspeed, do
a Stop and Start to reinitialize the
adjustment system.

Inform us about the problem,
mentioning the software versions.
•
The LED is off, the room
temperature is too high: place the
analyzer in a cooler room.
Clamp voltage
– The clamp voltage is outside the
limits.
– Compare the value of Channel 3 of
the multiplexer (“Tests /MUX Signals”
menu) with the value shown on the
control document.
– Check the feeds +15V and +5V of
channels 14 and 15 of the multiplexer
(“Tests /MUX Signals” menu).
