COMMENT: The MIR-LCD proposes two automatic gain modes
1- Not standard
All the signals in PT11 have the same width with different gains (equally MIR-fluo). In this case, the
Auto Gain
variable is of form 50 00

2- Standard mode
The signals in PT11 have different widths with a signal form identical to the detector signal. The gain
is identical on each of the signals and is calculated at each Zero Ref. so as to adjust the largest signal
to the number of points defined by the
Auto Gain
variable. This variable is then in the form 5000

5.2.6.7 Wheel
ratio:
For each gas, the value of the wheel ratio corresponds to the SSR0 value (“Tests / Optical Bench”
menu) multiplied by 100.
This value should be programmed in the “Configuration / Software / Channels setting” menu to the
Wheel Ratio (%)
variable.

The first operations are identical:
Adjustment and inspection of the power supply
Adjustment of the analog / digital converter
Checking the infrared source voltage
It is not necessary to adjust the Peltier current in this application.
To visualize the different signals, a double-trace oscilloscope is required. The grounds of the probes
should be connected to point Pt 25 of the motherboard.
