Tank calculation: Hybrid tank measurement system (HTMS)
HTMS uses level and pressure measurements to calculate the density of the medium.
In non-atmospheric (i.e. pressurized) tanks it is recommended to use the
HTMS
P1+P3
mode. Two pressure sensors are required in this case. In atmospheric (i.e.
unpressurized) tanks the
HTMS P1
with only one pressure sensor is sufficient.
