Radio Peripherals
In this menu you can edit, replace and delete previously acquired radio devices. To go directly to the
wireless device you are interested in, without manually scrolling through the submenu page, click on the,
Inputs,
Sirens, Remote Commands, Keypads
links under the title.
4.6.1
Input
This can be used to enable and disable wireless modules, such as wireless detectors etc.
It is accessed through the
CONFIGURATION
→ Radio Peripherals
menu.

The list of all wireless sensors in the system is displayed in table form. Missing sensors are highlighted by
a message under the table titles.
The following information is provided for each sensor:
•
PHIS.ADDRESS
: This is the sequential number automatically assigned to the sensor.
•
DESCRIPTION
: This is the description of the sensor. The field is read-only and must be edited in the
PROGRAMMING
–Radio Peripherals menu.
•
ENABLED
: This indicates whether the sensor is enabled or disabled. When the sensor is disabled,
the lettering is light grey.
•
TYPE
: This shows the sensor model.
•
SERIAL
: This shows the unique identifier of the recognised wireless device. Read-only data.
•
RECEIVER
: Physical address of the radio receiver that acquired the radio device.
Double-click on the device control line to open a pop-up window that can be used to enable and disable
the sensor. Click on the
Save
button to save the changes, the
Close
button to close the window and not
save the changes.
The following buttons appear under the table:
•
Modify
: This can be used to edit the sensor highlighted in the table.
•
Substitute
: This can be used to replace a faulty sensor with a new one while maintaining the
configuration of the first one.
•
Remove
: This eliminates the sensor highlighted in the table.
•
CSV
: This can be used to export the sensors table to a
“.csv” file, which can be opened with a
spreadsheet.
•
: This exports the sensor table to a PDF file.
The
<
and
>
buttons at the bottom right are used to navigate between the pages of the devices, if their
number is greater than the number that can be displayed in a single screen.
