Naming the cell position.
When you receive a replacement cell it will not have been assigned a position number. Naming the
cell position is an automated procedure which is performed as detailed below.
ATTENTION: If multiple cells are being replaced, replace one cell at a time and follow the
procedure as detailed commencing with the cell in the lowest numerically failed location. Once
the replacement is completed and the cell has been named (see 9.4.15 to 9.4.17), turn off the
water and power and replace the next failed cell in the lowest numerically failed location until
all failed cells have been replaced and named.
9.4.15. Having just replaced the cell as detailed 9.4.1 to 9.4.14 turn on the coolant water supply and check
for any signed of leakage.
9.4.16. Reconnect to the Power Supply Unit and turn on (see 7.4). The Integrity will go through the power
up routine of displaying the Splash screen. When the selection screen appears confirm the correct cell
has been replaced by touching the green tick button. If an error has been committed and the wrong
position has been replaced touch the red cross button and turn off the Integrity via the Power Supply
unit. Move the new cell to the correct position.
9.4.17.
Upon touching the green tick for acceptance the integrity will auto rename the new cell. This will be
confirmed with a message in the cell button window. The Integrity 10 will return to the normal
operational screen.
